Change Management Coaching
“Wendy is a fantastically effective coach”
Change Coaching Backed by Science, Customized for You
I provide 1:1 change leadership coaching tailored to executives, middle managers, and change managers. My approach blends real-world context with evidence-based strategies — so instead of following a rigid program, we co-create a path that works for you and your goals.
What is change management coaching?
Change management coaching, sometimes called change leadership coaching, is a collaborative partnership designed to help you recognize your current strengths, identify what’s getting in your way, and uncover new strategies to enable change — both in your organization and in yourself.
But not all coaching is created equal. My approach is not based on generic templates or predefined role paths. Instead, it’s built around you — your situation, your goals, and your context.
A Smarter Way to Accelerate Change Leadership
Change management coaching should serve as a catalyst, not a checklist. When it’s done well — and tailored specifically to your role, needs, and environment — it can help you move farther and faster than you'd go on your own.
This is not “plug and play” coaching. I draw on two decades of experience and the latest interdisciplinary research to help you navigate change in the real world — not an idealized model of it.
Personalized, Not Prescriptive
We begin with you — understanding your identity as a leader, how you show up, and what drives or limits your ability to lead change.
Then we focus on your specific role in the change ecosystem — whether that’s as an executive sponsor, middle manager, or change manager — and tailor strategies accordingly.
Every step of the way, we’ll build tools and experiments that are designed for your context, not based on a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
From Knowing to Doing
Understanding change theory is helpful. But knowledge alone won’t bridge the gap between intent and action.
Together, we’ll identify what will sustain your motivation, experiment with new ways of leading, and anchor your learning in real-world application — because real growth happens in practice, not just in theory.
Our Agenda Is Simple: Yours
Ultimately, this coaching relationship is about what you define as success. There’s no hidden agenda — just a committed partnership to help you show up more powerfully and more intentionally in your change work.

Does change management coaching work?
Yes — and there’s data to back it up.
A study by the International Coach Federation and Human Capital Institute found that working with a professional change practitioner was the most impactful learning activity for advancing change initiatives — more than formal training or meetings with senior leaders.
Meta-analyses also consistently link coaching to improved performance, skill-building, and greater motivation.
